Hormoz Pakdaman Lahiji, the founder of the Naderi Cookie Industry Co., started his activity in 1950 by producing traditional cookies and offering them in a store. Then, in response to consumer demand, he prepared the ground for establishing and equipping a cookie-making workshop with the Naderi brand and a Deer logo. With the passage of time and the advancement of science and technology, he equipped his complex with the most advanced installations and machinery in the world.

Naderi Food Industries has established and registered five production companies and a distribution center under the names of 1- Naderian Fard Production Company 2- Negin Nab Production Company 3- Negin Naderi Industrial Group 4- Negin Nader Shomal Company 5- Naderi Distribution Company, and with a variety of more than 360 types of cookies, cakes, biscuits, wafers, chocolates, puffed cereals, doughnuts, crackers, waffles, tea and rice in various packaging, enjoys a special reputation in the country’s food industry, and its famous brand, Naderi, has an international fame and has registered its brand in various countries such as Canada, United Stated of America, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, Pakistan and the member countries of the Madrid Protocol (Australia, Bahrain, Denmark, England, Syria, Turkey, China, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Morocco, Tajikistan, Ukraine).

Naderi Group’s teammate companies, having operating and production licenses as well as possessing national and international standards, including ISO 9001-2015, ISO 22000 and HACCP, distribute their products throughout the country and are also active in exporting.

In 2023, Negin Naderi Industrial Group was recognized as the top exporter of the province for the eighteenth consecutive year and as the top exporter of the country in 2010 and 2019, and has international reputation and has been highly encouraged and appreciated by respected provincial and national authorities.

It is worth noting that the main motivation for all these activities is to use the material and spiritual power and talent to promote the cookie industry, which was founded in Lahijan County, and to create employment and employing young people seeking for a job. Currently, more than 2,500 young human resource at various educational levels up to master’s and doctoral degrees are directly employed in Naderi Group’s teammate companies across the country and earn a living from the activities of this complex.
